We decided to try this as it was on the Michelin bib gourmand list and we were not disappointed! This bowl of teochew fish mui looks really plain but just a sip of the soup will change your mind. Probably cooked for several hours, the soup is sweet and really flavourful. The many slices of batang fish tasted fresh as well. The mui wasn't a lot so there'll be stomach space to slurp the broth away 😋😋😋 Priced at $6, definitely worth a try if you're in this hawker centre!
