The glowing bowl consisted of brown rice, nut mix, seaweed shreds, cauliflower & broc, cherry tomato, edamame, pumpkin cubes, firm tofu & roasted chickpeas. Was a decent dish but none of the components were outstanding. I liked the nut mix for the crunch + slight saltiness it added to the dish.

Had a nibble of the salmon, which had a rather crisp skin! The ochazuke broth reminded me of a Korean roasted barley tea which was pretty nice.
