This bakery serves my favorite fruit cake, with thick almond tart base. It is light, fluffy and pretty-looking with a ribbon to give this whole cake a sweet touch. Perfect! ($40)
Here's something pretty and yummy for birthday celebration in the office, berries were slightly sour but a good contrast with the light and sweet fresh cream atop fluffy sponge cake.
...oh wait, I mean Mother's Day. Lol. We all had a good laugh about this when receiving the cake. :P
