Bottom left clockwise: Soup of the day (Pumpkin soup - can do without), Grilled Canadian Lucyporc Rack ($29), Chef's Special $24 (Half a dozen of oysters which the waiter recommended they are fresh. I regretted trusting him) & Pan-fried US Kurobuta Pork Collar ($22). The Lucyporc Rack is worth trying, don't bother about the rest.

Where's my oyster mushroom sauce?? The pork rack which is tender and juicy taste okay with bbq sauce taste though I wonder how would it taste with the oyster mushroom sauce. I prefer this to the Kurobuta Pork Chop.
