A porterhouse. So simply prepared ... just chargrilled medium with salt and pepper. ◾◾
The beef was tender and juicy. The bestest was the charred lines on both sides of the porterhouse. The fantastic smokyness that lingered on for the longest time. The freshness of the meat blown me away. Paired with a creamy pepper sauce. The fries were crispy, fluffy and had a delightful "crack" sound when bitten. The best fries I had. A longer wait for food but very worth it cos everything was freshly prepared upon order.

This restaurant is located in the alleyways smacked right in the middle of the cbd area. Rustic, cozy and away from the crowd. Btw, it is 11 deg and the cold wind is biting. Shiok⛄
