But what really blew us away was the Yuzu Makgeolli Wine ($30) - it was chilled, refreshing, and had the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. We might just come back here for the makgeolli alone! It really damn good!!

The banchan (side dishes) were also noteworthy, especially the seasoned potato dish.

We also tried the Kimchi Jjigae, a spicy and delicious soup that was comforting.

The set also included a side of Gyeran Jjim, a fluffy, cloudy and flavourful steamed egg dish that paired perfectly with the meat.

We ordered the BBQ Pork and Beef Set ($88), which turned out to be a feast for the senses. The marinated pork collar, thinly sliced beef, pork belly and prime rib were all so succulent and bursting with flavour. We appreciated that the kitchen offered to cook the meat for us to avoid the BBQ smell sticking on us.

We were craving Korean food, so we googled for the nearest place and found this hidden gem. Despite its unassuming exterior, the food and drinks inside were exceptional - especially the yuzu makgeolli.
