My parents and I were intrigued to try this Salmon Nigiri Moriawase, as the 6 salmon sushi will be served on a mini bridge structure. The 6 sushi types will be salmon belly, salmon aburi cheese, salmon aburi mayo floss, salmon aburi mentaiko and salmon aburi spicy mayo. The taste wasn’t as spectacular as the presentation though. Most of the sushi were too creamy and I expected the salmon belly to be completely raw but it’s not. Well, it’s still very insta-worthy though and prolly the sushi-on-the-bridge menu is the reason why people go to Kintaro Sushi, so u might wanna give it a try 🙃
