Offering affordable Japanese foods in the food court. Their chicken comes with crispy skin and the meat is easy to bite. There’s also fluffy egg underneath accompanying with green beans.
There’s complimentary soup along as well, although the taste was a bit bland.
Love how the salmon was perfectly cooked, not too overdone though I requested for it non-fried. It had the right amount of tenderness and texture, the layer of omelette atop the warm sushi rice was really fragrant and subtle sweet, complementing the simple dish so well.

My colleague thought the chicken katsu was done well too. Chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. It wasn't greasy and didn't ooze oil with each bite.
Overall a great economical Japanese stall that's easy on the pocket.
