The portions are generous, and the prices reasonable. If you can't decide, go for the Sanum, where you can customize your yoghurt with a selection of fruits and toppings. If you'd like to go healthier, choose more fruits!

Pita Pan does healthy food packed with flavour brilliantly, with an expertly executed Middle Eastern menu of Falafel, Pita Bread, Hummus and Shakshuka. The Red Shakshuka ($11.90) is highly recommended, with two eggs poached in a spicy tomato stew, and served hot in the skillet with pita bread to soak it all up. At The Lawn, "Meat your Greens" is the motto, and what better way to have salad than a perfectly grilled piece of dory or duck breast to keep you satisfied. With every salad, you can select 5 topping and a grilled item. Favourites include Pacific Dory with Fresh Fruit Rub & Herbs, and the Grilled Salsa Duck for the Biopolis outlet. If you're at the Shenton branch, go for the Char-grilled Garlic Prawns. The one thing that truly stands out here is the portion size, no need to worry that you'll be hungry after this salad!

Start with the Ice Cube at only $3, a perfect appetizer of silken tofu, crab sticks and sweet chili sauce. Next, choose from their adorably named cold noodle sets - Penguin (green soba noodles with sesame sauce and chicken), Dolphin (ramen noodles with miso sauce and prawns) and Whale (white noodles with chicken and mushrooms). Don't assume that these healthy noodles are bland and boring, they won't fail to satisfy you.

A must order is their steamed dumplings ($7) drizzled with sesame oil and tamari beacuse it's just packed with so much flavour. And for a more value-for-money option, go for their brown rice set ($8.80) served with different side dishes depending on what the chef decides to cook that day!
