The Most Important Meal Of The Day - BRUNCH!

Apart of putting it together at home, sometimes the call of poached eggs and hollandaise sauce really calls out to me.

Thinking of going where else for brunch this weekend? Hop to @karacafesg for their new Breakfast Menu (available Friday - Monday) from 8am(!!) to 1130am.

I totally recommend their Avocado Open Face Sandwich ($18.50). @karacafesg has really thought this through. The bottom is made up of grilled cheese toast topped mashed avocado with a nice crunch of corn and it is finished off with kale chips! The portion is big and I feel is good enough for 2 person to share!

A very tasty vegetarian option which I switch poached for scrambled eggs. The broiche was nice and fluffy ☁️

They do have a 1 hour staying period during peak hours to ensure no one waits too long for a seat.

The Ultimate Croissant ($15) from @lolascafesg is always a easy comforting choice. Generous amount of scrambled eggs paired perfectly with Cajun spice for a slight bit of heat.

Savoury Pancakes? Sign me up! Loved ending my meal with the Egg Benedict Soufflé Pancake ($22.80). The Hollandaise sauce with eggs definitely goes surprisingly well together. Choose this any day over regular muffins 😉

Back at Craftsmen Specialty Coffee for their 3 Tier Brioche and coffee!

Still currently at their soft launched period and on tip based.
Pictured would be their Avo + egg ($8 for single, $14 for double), mine was a single and pretty filling I would say but also good to get a few (Foolproof smoked salmon and cream cheese or roasted mushroom) to share.

Really good croissant - soft, buttery and warm that went well with their creamy scrambled eggs. My Atlas favourite item - Mushrooms on Sourdough is also available here shall get it on a more greedier day and get someone to share with me.
Had their Magic (2 shots with lesser milk) with their Nautical blend (from 2° North) which was the fruitier blend of the two (the other is their usual Altas blend). Good and on the darker roast side.
