Far too saccharine, this lacked the zip and zing I was hoping for.

The the warm liquid chocolate oozes its way through the spongey top, where it meets a cavern of bittersweet, cloud-like mousse. I generally like the soufflés here better than the ones at Hoshino, which are too wet.
