The perfect Hand Made Pasta for any Carbonara and Wild Mushroom addict. I admit I am one. This is one of the best Carbonara that I have eaten. Not too creamy, not too dry and a plate full of mushrooms! What more can I ask for?

For $6.90, you get a small bucket of Truffle Fried which you just get hooked onto it once you start! For people like me who doesn't fancy fries, I find it absolutely nice. What's more for fries lover?
