This was delicious! Cooked to perfection with a tender core thanks to #ChefPhilSami! Still can't believe we had Tuna flown in from Maldives thanks to Pierre. Feeling so spoilt with fresh ingredients and awesome cooks.

Thanks to @philsami for always feeding us his wonderful experiments that taste delicious. Saying bye to the weekend with this shot of our starters from Saturday's #cookup. Tender chunks of Ossobuco layered with coleslaw and sweet mustard.

The pork was rubbed with olive oil and sea salt then baked skin side down on a bed of garlic cloves. After that it was flipped over and apples added to the tray, then later some sage. Can't believe how tender the meat turned out. The pork was stuck under the grill to crisp up the skin at the end. Can't wait for the next #cookup session. 😊 Thanks @philsami for the wonderful food and hospitality as always!
