Ridiculously photogenic and reminiscent of brunches in Sydney, Paddy Hills is a rustic the even though located in the far West. The hotcake is done very well and berries were really fresh and juicy. Please order this and others for sharing as portions are huge.

If you're serious about your coffee, you'll love Nylon. Be prepared for a tiny, tiny spot under an Everton Park HDB block that aims to satisfy caffeine addicts one cup at a time. Artichoke is one of those cafes you go to for a full-on meal, and is known for packing in surprising Middle Eastern flavors in the best ways possible. Hidden in a gorgeous courtyard, this gem is perfect for brunch or dinner. Go for the Mezze Platter or Lamb Shakshuka for brunch, and the Sultan's Delight for dinner. This relatively new cafe oozes oodles of industrial-chic goodness, complete with the original Telok Ayer Chung Hwa Free Clinic store front. Dig into My Awesome Salad ($15), which comes with a generous portion of greens, smoked salmon, avocado, chicken breast, duck rilettes and tomatoes for a healthy lunch break. A cosy spot under a Bedok HDB flat suitable for young families and groups of friends, To-gather Cafe truly is a place to gather. With really reasonable prices, you can get Chocolate Lava cake ($3.80) and a coffee, or a dinner of tasty Grilled Pandan Chicken Chop ($8.90). Chock Full of Big Breakfast ($17) / Banger & Eggs ($17) at Chock Full of Beans. Decent but definitely not a worth value brunch places on my list. Coffees here are still worth a visit! 👌

Ordered the American breakfast, pancakes stack with gelato, gelato waffles as well as truffle fries. Hmm, only the truffle fries stood out. The rest was pretty mediocre but however, for the prices that we paid, it was quite reasonable. Pancakes were fluffy but tasteless, meh. And the pink sauce didn't make it any better. BUT the ice cream did some saving tbh. Waffles was just normal. The breakfast would be better if they have some mushrooms as well as artisan bread instead of those sliced bread from bread loaves in NTUC 🙊🙊 coffee was good, and I heard from a friend after, saying he was some award winning barista, no wonder the coffee was good.....
