Another Soi in Singapore? Soi 55 sells Thai Iced Tea aka cha-yen and other Thai beverages such as Milk Coffee, Rose Milk Tea, and Green Milk Tea with various toppings of sago, pearls and red ruby.
Their cha-yen is pretty close to what I have in Thailand, just less milky, and a lot less sweet. At Golden Shoe Food Centre #02-19. Time to visit! @soififtyfive
