Signature Chilli Pomelo Crab 🦀 Balls (S$10)
Hand peeled crab meat, bound by egg white, deep fried into a tasty ball, served with famous Blue Lotus chilli pomelo sauce.
While it was packed with chunky meat, the pomelo was barely felt.
By the way it gave me hives. Maybe it’s just me having a bad reaction .

Strawberry 🍓 Watermelon 🍉 Cake (S$10)

I always felt strawberry 🍓 in cake 🎂 was usually too sour or too sweet, but this was just nice with crunchy juicy watermelon in between, topped with floral flavour on top.
