Changi Village
Taken directly from the fish itself and not commercially processed the taste is naturally sweet. The yoke just burst into your mouth when you crush the roe. Belly delicious.
Fish set add chicken. The rice is fragrant. Think this taste nicer than missy and the ikan bilis are nicer too. Chicken is so so only. Chilli is really sweet and has onions. Unfortunately onions not my thang.
By far the best pork knuckle I've had - even after my trip to Germany. Perfect crackling that stayed crispy throughout the meal (in comparison the ones I had in Germany hardened up within 5 minuted of arriving), flavourful succulent pork, and an absolutely delish sauerkraut.
I'm not too keen about foie gras but this combination is excellent. According to Chef Ong this is a traditional Japanese sushi that is hard to find here. The softness of the foie gras and the crunchiness of the scallop is a great combination.
It's been three years since I last dined here, but I'm pleased to report that the crabmeat linguine here is still every bit as epic as I remember it to be. Ultra-creamy sauce with a hint of tomato stirred in and tossed with an abundance of crabmeat chunks.
Very delicious carbonara pasta! The gelato is good too. Excellent customer service, the owner gave us mochi on the house because they gave us the wrong food. Still good, nonetheless. Less than $25 for 2 people!
