Didn’t plan to order this but it’s one of those stalls with queue.
The mee poh was a bit lumpy but nothing a bit of soup can’t help. The chilli sauce was addictive, tasting spicy and sweet, kind of like sambal.

Blissful Combination 温馨河伴 (S$5)
Silky hor fun, topped with braised mushroom 🍄, braised pork 🐖 ribs, shredded chicken 🐓, shredded duck 🦆and xiao bai cai.
The queue was not that long when I visited the place last Saturday during lunchtime. About 3 - 4 persons in front of me.
The sauce was not bad, but as not strong in herbal taste as I remembered.

What's the must have drink at Alexandra Village hawker centre?
Avocado Juice ($2.50) which I think is the best among all the stalls in the hawker centre but not the best in the area.

Pork Belly ($16.90)
Cooked in Kakuni style, served with duxelle mushrooms, onsen egg and potato foam.
Tastes not bad especially the mushroom. But the pork belly still has not reach the melt in the mouth standard.

Grilled whole mackerel with potato salad & greens (with honey mustard) ($17)
Herbs, mayo, mustard, garlic, black pepper, seasalt
Serving looks great but tastes average.

Coconut Jelly Milk Tea ($4.20), can select the sugar level, could not taste the tea in it. 👎
