This bingsu was only average to me, despite being my first visit to Bing Go Jung.
The corn flakes provided a good crunch and gave texture to the soft and fluffy shaved ice but somehow I felt this was inferior to Snowman Desserts' bingsus.
First time trying a korean toast for dessert!
Injeolmi toast sees soft warm mochi melted in between delicate toasted bread, drizzled with carnation milk and topped with soy powder. The combination is literally perfect, the soft mochi giving the dish a good texture coupled with the bread and sweet milk. The dish maintained an appropriate level of sweetness, although I could do away with the nuts because I abhor almost all kinds of nuts.
