Like a really gorgeous clean salad for glamorous socialites with big sunglasses and sunkissed light chestnut locks. The watermelon provided a much-needed spurt of refreshing juice to the reserved, meaty fish cuts. 3.6/5

Essentially a high-concept and delectable art installation. The avocado was remarkably smooth and creamy, with a texture comparable to that of lotus paste in paus. Elsewhere, the scallop was admirably cooked, the mussel and chorizo were slightly spicy and the sea lettuce masterfully evoked the aquatic atmosphere of fish tank inside your mouth. 4/5

The kangaroo meat had a most exotic (errr, as the name already implies…? – Editor) taste, like a fantastic ménage à trois of pork, duck and fish meat all rolled into one gamey, roasty package. The butternut squash and dark chocolate were on hand for the uninitiated who may need help navigating the palate-exhilarating path of joey discovery. 4/5
