Ummmmm.... That's all I can describe my feeling when eating this. The pulut hitam is made into a cake so you get the soft smooth coconut ice cream with the tasty chewy pulut hitam. Really heavenly.
Wow! Really crepey!!!! You see and get to taste it layer by layer. The western version of Kueh lipis with lots of cream in between. Really yummmmmmmmy!
Call me suaku (mountain tortoise) but I always thought that truffle is best with savory food. But this dessert is excellent! Chef Omar had created an excellent dish.
A combination of croissant and donut with different filling. An invention of New York. A good combination.
It's a Danish with ice cream decorated in caramel sauce. St Marc Cafe is well known for its pastry. Therefore the Danish is very crispy and the soft creamy ice cream just put an excellent finishing to this tea dish.
This is NOT your normal bread & butter pudding and it's GREAT! The vanilla ice cream is smooth, the pudding well done and the butter cream with caramel bits really tops it off very well.
This is the queue to Heavens where you get to eat freshly made puttu mayam and appam. Really heavenly! The last time I had freshly made puttu mayam was in December in Penang.
