Berry ricotta hotcakes ($14.90) taste a little like a think fluffy version of Mac hotcakes with fresh fruits and vanilla bean ice cream. Freshly made when ordered. Takes about 20 min waiting time. It's the best dish I had there so far. Honestly, it's worth every penny! 🍯

Blossom waffles from simplicite cafe. The place is nice and quite suitable for little talks. Friendly staffs that offer you drinks when you are seated. They do have interesting ice cream flavours where theres one called "you'll never guess it". Taste somewhat sweet and tangy like a fresh bowl of salad.

Normal waffles and blossom waffle are not very much different in taste, just now it looks and decorated (one with fruits the other one without). 2 scoop of ice cream and one blossom waffles cost about $14. Slightly more expensive then average waffles. But its still worth a try!

A spoon full of sugar is one of the best hangout for east siders if you like ice creams and waffle. In there, they offer both crispy waffles (round) and thick and fluffy waffles ( rectangle) with some marshmallows and chocolate rice.

Rabbit owl deport offer many different ice creams and snowflake waffles of different flavours. My combination here is the SG 50 special. Red velvet waffle with cream cheese and red velvet ice cream. The ice cream was not bad and thee waffles is soft and fluffy. As a cheese lover, i wish there were more cream cheese sauce to even out the richness of the velvet. The price is slightly more expensive then the usual ice creams and waffles. My suggestion, try the ice cream instead.

Ordered a fusion of charcoal waffle with and add on of chinese salted egg yolk sauce. The sauce was something new, an interesting combination with the giant caramel swirls. The ice creams were up to standard and there are interesting options like earl grey and lavender available for the ambitious tastebuds.

One thing to take note. The space is quite small and the waiting time might be long. So be there slightly earlier to avoid the crowd.
