Totally hits the spot if you're craving for smokey charsiew and roast duck. The char is pretty good. Delicious much.
I've never really liked tau suan that much until I tried the one here. Fell in love with it the first time I tried it when Le Chasseur was still in town. Here at their eunos location, they still serve up this sweet delight. The beans aren't too mushy at all.
Sticky, caramel, flavourful goodness. Pork heaven. Fall off the bone too. I rest my case.
Basmati rice. Need I say more? Less starchy than most claypot rice, this pot of dream delivers every smokey nuance you'd expect to have. Best bits are the burnt crispy stuck-to-the-pot bits that you scrape off and have with more dark sauce and coffee ribs.
Finally tried this after hearing only good things about it. Rich prawn broth. Moreish dry base with plenty of pork lard. Delish.

French gastronome Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin wrote that “the discovery of a new dish does more for human happiness than the discovery of a new star.” I concur. I hunger, therefore I am.
