I think this is now my favourite dish from and I hope it stays on the menu.

Nourishing Ginseng Chicken—super tender chicken meat with sweet goji berries, ginkgo nuts and black glutinous rice. Served with brown rice and yam.

The chicken sauce is slightly sweet and has a little bit of a nutty flavour to it. I would personally prefer it without the glutinous rice since the dish is already served with brown rice. And my other gripe is that there's not enough sauce in the dish. The brow rice can be a little dry and hard to finish without sauce to mix with it.

Tender salmon and fluffy rice, but the portion was a little small and there wasn’t enough sauce. I could do without the okra. But overall it was a satisfying meal apart from the fact I’m still hungry. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Today's special was the Kimchi Fried Rice which tasted great with bits of tangy kimchi in the warm rice. The pulled pork was fantastic too--more on the sweet side and rather tender.

This lunch seems super healthy with a fillet of mackerel sitting atop a pile of "kale" and sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes were a little more dehydrated than usual making it hard to eat. And I'm in a kale overload from the intense portion of kale which tasted more like spinach. It would've been easier to eat if the stalky kale was chopped into smaller pieces. The mackerel was the least impressive thing in this box without much flavour compared to the kale and sweet potatoes. Overall a filling lunch but my jaw feels like it's been through a marathon chewing session.

Office lunch today was pretty much a one-dimensional affair with this lunch box. Slightly gamey tasting pulled pork with rice and some tomatoes. A little too simple and too much like something I could put together at home for my liking. Just plain brown rice, plain tomatoes and a little bit of meat (very different from the images on their website! I remember seeing mixed veges and a scoop of avocado). The average HDB vege rice store would give you more bang for your buck. This left me and others a little hungry despite the fact I'm generally a small eater. And this is more like a rice box than a salad box (unlike what their website says they provide).

Seems like a balanced bento set lunch. The chicken was really hard, but the delicious gravy (tastes like Oz's KFC mash potato gravy) makes up for it. The potatoes are a great tummy filler with very plain creamy sauce and the fruits are the best part of the meal (probably just because I like the refreshing difference in contrast to the dry chicken.
