One csn indeed taste depth from one bite or sip

I saw a rainbow after the spicy nonya curry. Creamy thick rainbow cheesecake.

This is my fav for the day - the millionaire - richness of chocolate, caramel and salt sprinkled on top

A lady's fav - lychee rose - so light and so good

Finally get to lay my hands on this after about 40 minutes. Woohoo!
Tried the various styles of eating - room temp, fridge temp and freezer temp. I preferred the fridge temp.
If you are scared of the queue?
Grab a friend! Able to have a solid conversation while waiting and the waiting time seems to be shorter.
Must say that the QC is there - where they will remove those tarts with broken crust, letting you check and the cashier will explain the different eating process.

Strawberry icecream to cool off this hot day

Smokey mango bingsu before class with john. Top with icecream, cake, mango slices on top of ice. Below the ice is the mix with soil - Liken to the taste of digestive biscuit. I must confess that I'm usually biased towards Korean dessert but this is interesting. Chill if you are feeling hot.
