The selection offered was both overwhelming and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The outer texture was crispy, as you suck your teeth into it, you would feel slightly chewy and fluffy. The best part comes, when you hit the core. The flavour was strong, but not overwhelming. If comparing between the 2 flavours, I would prefer the matcha as you could really taste the matcha flavour.

Overall, this could be my snack anytime of the day! Although it maybe a bit pricy, but it's really worth every single penny. Do note that only the ion outlet sells the tea puffs if you are looking for it!

Being named by 8 days as "possibly the best burger in Singapore", I finally decided to drag myself to try Omakaseburger.Omakaseburger are famous for their American style "smashed burgers" and their soft buns (which 2 years of hard work was put in)

I ordered Omakase Uncured Applewood Smoked Bacon Burger, which was considered the premium burger and their Omakasecheese burger. Honestly, both of the bun are great, fresh and soft. However, that was the only good thing about the burgers. The meat was both blind and dry. There was totally nothing special about the burger that deserved to be named the best.

As for the sides, it was just "ok" not wow about it. I paid a premium burger price, but I was not given the quality that I paid for. There was not much crowd, when I visited the store, maybe I should visit the one at the Grandstand.

A place to slurp freshly made soba without worrying about those extra calories wasted. The daily made buckwheat soba is cooked till al-dente texture with no preservatives or additives added.

All this goodness is covered by a light battered tempura mushroom and prawns which give a chewy texture. Finally mixed well with the Onsen egg giving the tempura and soba a nice creamy and sweet taste. I even finished drinking the soba broth!

Overall, I say its a good bowl of soba, but I will totally forgo their sides. I will definitely be back here again to have my cravings fixed.

Brace yourself! The durian season is here! Goodwood park has always set up a range of dessert for durian lovers to indulge in. Yes, I am aware of the recent case, but I still have my faith in them.

The outer layer of the power puff is crispy and slightly sweet. It gives a crunchy texture as you sink your teeth into the puff (something like Hong Kong polo bun). The core of the puff is filled with durian. The durian tasted slightly sweet and you could still chew on pieces of the pulp. Even though I prefer my durian slightly bitter, I still enjoy it.

As for the price... It's a bit too "steep". I know it's Mao Shan Wang but the price was not justifiable. Oh! There is a 5% discount for DBS and POSB card holders
