They have just opened their latest branch at Junction 8. The modern ambience with warm lighting just feels so cosy.

We tried giant sushi from Dai Man Zoku Menu which is 1.5x size of normal sushi (priced at $1.90 per pc). Can you see that it almost occupies one full plate? With ingredients imported from Japan, I think this is a such good deal.

My favorite was Jumbo Ebi Fry. It’s crunchy and you can taste the fresh prawn in every bite!

This is my first time entering such contest. I'd love to win because this is one of my most intricate stylings that I've done. Their soup is freshly made everyday and this Beef With Imoni (Taro Balls) Nabe is perfect for a rainy day like today. ☔️☔️☔️
If you prefer something lighter, you can try Edamame “Tofu” With Chicken Miso or Kiritanpo Mushroom Nabe.

My favorite dish of the night:
Ebisu ($18 nett)
Pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, mussels, miso butter cream, and toast.
I love how the thick creamy broth brings all of the elements together into a lovely dish.
The portion is quite generous too.
