The basmati rice is flavorful yet light, a truly rare feat for biryani.
The fork-tender chunks of well-seasoned and tasty mutton meat holds up well to the rice, and the light raita (mint yoghurt sauce) is refreshing. I also like that some pieces of mutton came with marrow bone.. Delicious!

Not traditional by any stretch but utterly delicious. Had a nice time at the bar counter watching the pizzaiolas at work.
As my friend likes to say, the cornicione (crust) at Mozza is a work of art, with an extremely puffed and hollow interior and crispy exterior. Good flavor too.
Left - Pizza Aglio Olio
White pizza with garlicky flavors that someone does not overwhelm. Nice robust flavors that are rich yet balanced, with the mozzarella and fontina cheeses accentuated by a hint of chili spice.
Right - Brussels Sprouts Pizza
White pizza that is intensely delicious with the porky and crispy guanciale bacon perfectly complemented by the thinly sliced brussel sprouts. Quite perfect.

For our first stop, we had traditional Naples-style Pizza. Cicheti has a nice, slightly rowdy ambience but it adds to the charm.
Left - Pizza Magherita
Classic pizza with nicely balanced tomato sauce and moist fresh mozzarella. Cornicione (crust) ain't too bad either with crisp exterior and a nice open crumb.
Right - Pizza al Pollo
Almond pesto, caramelised and fresh onions with shredded chicken. A nice counterpoint with its original flavors, though I would have omitted the caramelised onion.

Well worth the trip and calories. And of course, the coconut rice is the star.
Nasi Lemak • Rich savoury and elegant with fluffy perfectly cooked grains of goodness
Sambal • Anchovies • Peanuts • Well executed but clearly accompaniments to accentuate the rich.
Fried Egg • Perfectly oozy yolk and custard like whites, with spidery crispy fried edges.
Otah • Rich and tasty with whole chunks of fish
Fried Whole Fish - fresh and fried to perfection with a sweet and spicy black sauce. Nice crispy skin and tender well marinated flesh.
Fried Chicken • Nice Malay style chicken marinated with turmeric. Crispy feathery battered skin. Meat's decent too.
Chendol • Sago • Both were well crafted desserts where the coconut milk's the star.
Paired with a sweet Rosé from Margaret River - Happs Fuchsia 2014. Nice sweetness and acidity holds up well to the rich food. Rosé needs to be served really chilled though.

Truth be told, I'm not the biggest fan of the excessively starchy version of this dish, but it's delicious nonetheless with robust flavours.
