富兴点心屋 // Foo Hing Dim Sum
Not like those regular ball shaped mochi, these are rectangular in shape and the flavour combination in it are out of this world too. Brown sugar is incorporated into the glutinous rice to make a aromatic, sweet, QQ mochi skin enveloping a smooth banana-yam paste. The texture of it is rather interesting, it has somewhat the consistency of a gelato ice cream. Very sweet but I love it !

Xiao Long Pao...or you can call it 'GIANT Xiao Long Pao'! These dumplings are so big that each are served in a separate bowl. Perfect for those who don't like to share their food, like me. Haha! Skin of these soup filled dumplings are of moderate thickness and you can expect a big chuck of lean pork filling in it. The broth is clear-tasting with a good amount soy sauce in it.

Buttery and flaky pastry shell with a crème brûlée like custard filling. The caramelised top with the silky eggy creaminess tasted heavenly, leaving me craving for seconds. The pastry crackles audibly and disintegrates almost immediately as I bite into it.
