Roasted lamb marinated with saffron and Arabic spices.
I am not a fan of lamb but I find the lamb here tender, juicy and almost without any gamey taste :)

Prawn balls are good!!!!🤤($6.5 a bit expensive).
The Thai boat noodle is value for money- $4.5 for meat balls, pork liver and many pork slices.

Sinful Nasi Lemak burger with very spicy sambal. The staff said this is “not McDonald’s nasi lemak burger”😝

Shrimp omelette rice with lobster bisque instead of Japanese curry🍛

The pork belly was tender yet did not feel fatty. Ramen crisps which tasted like Mamee were little weird though haha.

Pork collar charsiu with pineapple salsa.
The lighting was not so good but taste and presentation were👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The charsiu was the most tender I have eaten😻

Slow cooked pork belly ($20++) : was afraid the pork belly would be too fatty..(which I do not prefer) but it was just nice ! The layers of meat and fats were very even, giving a good texture.. not too chewy or soft.
Confit salmon with salmon floss ($18++) : salmon is slightly cooked on the outside, while the inside was remained moist and pink. Felt the shoyu sauce was a little salty though..
Overall we were very satisfied with the two dishes👍🏻 Also we used the Entertainer App, so we only had to pay for one dish^^
Would come back to try the main courses or the highly raved pretty high tea cabinets.

The tofu cheese patty was very soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. However I found the bun cold and a little too starchy. It was stuck onto the serving paper..
The fried potato and sweet potato had an interesting taste though! Especially the sweet potato which was coated with some spice powder ($22++)
