Fluffy pancakes with honey butter, maple syrup and chantilly cream.


Overflowing strawberry coulis, mixed with fresh slices of strawberries and topped with cream cheese. The soufflé was light, airy and fluffy.


We waited at least 30mins for the ricotta hotcake. The slightly crispy outer layer complemented with a warm, moist inner texture. The tangy berries balanced out the sweetness of hotcake. The rum syrup was good, it will be even better if there’s more rum syrup given. Definitely recommend for sharing as it can gets surfeit if eaten on your own.



Light cotton vanilla sponge, between layers of Yuzu meringue mousse, and Serbian raspberries, covered in Valrhona Ivorie.



Light cheesecake mousse, brown butter sable, poached strawberry confit.



Deep fried durian with coconut flakes, popping candy and raspberry caviar.

I’m a fan of their black sesame soft serve. The Matcha was intense with a little of bitterness. Kaiseki is the break down of their parfaits.

Everything was good except for their Matcha Warabi Mochi, it actually turned bad with slight sourness and foul smelling (臭酸). Feedback to one of their staffs, but the staff was confused when I told her that the warabi mochi had turned bad. She insisted that Matcha one tastes different from the Soy powder one. I was getting abit annoyed, and told her that I know both flavor are different but the warabi should not taste sour. In the end, she apologized and replaced us with a new batch of Matcha warabi mochi.

Ice cream chosen: Sea Salt Caramel & Earl Grey
Not sure why the earl grey ice cream melted so fast compared to sea salt caramel. It was already melting when served. Overall, tastes decent!

Waffle: Yuan Yang
A combination of original and charcoal. The waffle has crispy edges and doesn’t have alkaline aftertaste.

Both tastes good, but personally prefer the Korean Strawberry which is refreshing to the tastebuds.

Generous amount of coconut milk with sticky gooey gula melaka plus the soft texture of pandan green jelly (chendol), makes a perfect bowl of chendol.
