These were crispy and had an extra seaweed flavour but we both wanted more yuzu in this 😂 They go super well with the sour cream too!

The mixed tempura ramen comes with a choice of noodles and we got chilled yuzu noodles to go with this. The chilled yuzu noodles were even stronger in yuzu flavour and was super refreshing! The tempura didn’t stand out and was oily too.

Finally tried @sumobarhappy after drooling over posts of their chilled yuzu ramen for the longest time! I had the spicy beef xo-mala mazemen with the yuzu ramen which added an appetising twist to the dish that reminded me a lot of zhajiangmian 😆

The crab stock ramen with flavoured egg ($15.90) is rich and flavourful. It can be rather salty but that can be adjusted when ordering it.

Came for my usual spicy miso Tonkotsu ramen with flavoured egg ($15.90) and it was flavourful with a slight hint of spice too. It comes with spicy miso flavoured mince meat and a slice of char shu too.

I got the light rich ramen and I liked this a lot more than the duck jigoku ramen I had previously. This is shoyu based and it was fragrant plus the noodles were chewy too!

Haven’t had Tsukada Nojo’s bijin men in ages and found out they have expanded their beauty ramen menu! I tried the tantanmen which came with an almond milk collagen ball and the soup was really rich and flavourful. The thick mochi noodles went well with the soup and I enjoyed it a lot 😍😍

I got to make my own ramen from a series of various soups, meats and extra toppings with it costing just $12 in total. I picked gochujang soup, spicy chicken, corn and onsen egg with tobiko. This wasn’t that good but for that price I would say it was rather ok. I thought flavours could have been stronger for the soup!

The broth had a curry flavour to it but it wasn’t spicy enough for my liking (especially since Jigoku means hell). The noodles are thicker and resemble yellow noodles for this one while the noodles for the shoyu broth are thinner. I’m not a fan of the thicker noodles too so maybe I have to come back and try the other broths 😂

This is one of the few halal ramen restaurants in Singapore and their ramen is quite affordable! I got the Hokkaido Jigoku ramen ($15.90) and didn’t like it much but the portion was decent. So I’ll come back to try the other soups perhaps.

I didn’t like this because Jigoku means hell but the soup wasn’t spicy at all. And the noodles for this soup base were like yellow noodles which I don’t really like. The other soup bases have the thinner noodles!

The dry truffle ramen ($13.90) was light and fragrant. The noodles were springy and I liked the burnt taste of the char shu as well.
