Korean fried chicken. I was surprised by the portion which was tiny for the price we paid and felt that wingstop provided better value. Also the gravy was too thick and overpowered the chicken. Who can be a better critic of korean chicken than a true blue korean who came to dine with us? His facial expression and the fact that he ate only a few pieces said everything.
Ordered a 100 pc chicken feast. The wings were reasonably sized. The goods: Although garlic parmesan looked and smelt the least appetising, it was a surprising crowd favourite. The cheese did not overpower the garlic and the 2 ingredients complemented each other very well. The oriental soy pepper came in a close second. The chicken was liberally sprinkled with black pepper and was coated with unique blend of gravy that looked but did not feel heavy to the taste. The bads: General consensus was that Louisiana rub was too heavily salted. The original hot was a complete let-down - it tasted like red wine chicken and was cold and soggy!? No rewards for guessing which flavour had the most leftovers on the table.
