Handmade Fettucine, lovingly doused with creamy truffle sauce, then adorned with plump scallops and sizeable prawns! Makes me happy just talking about it 😊😊

I LOVE the sauce, a simple tomato and basil oregano mixture that pulls just a tinge of that flavour from the seafood in the pan to give an aftertaste of the sea. Chef Luca's memories of his mama certainly serve him well here, as he dishes out wholesome hearty meals based off the recipes she created at home in Bergamo.
This was by far my favourite dish at In Piazza: the skin had a crunch to it, and the meat was still juicy even after we snapped our pics. Good seasoning, so no gaminess, and the Truffle cuts through the flavour of the meat for another dimension.
I enjoyed the pizzas almost as much as I enjoyed watching this guy work!
Chockful of mushroom, Truffle, mascarpone and Tuscan Pecorino, this pizza is fragrant and incredibly tasty. The best part is that the dough is made out of natural leaven, and it is unexpectedly light and crispy!
I love this Angus, done medium Rare and then sliced and lovingly placed on a bed of rocket! Those sun choke fries that it comes with are amazing😍
