Five-spice BBQ Glazed Squid anyone?

From the name, i was expecting this would be a very heavy on flavour dish. But it surprisingly isnt. Its mellow and light, and one can keep chugging it down! The squid is very well done, not too chewy, juicy with a slight bite. Very well seasoned!

The wok-hei in this is amazing. Nicely done chicken. Very juicy with some burnt ends. A tad spicy but in a good way. Makes me wanna go back for more!

Ordered 2 servings of this everytime i visit. Never enough. And of course, shiny rice plz. *Best with beer*

The pork belly was very well done, fat melts in your mouth. Lean meat, tender and juicy. Very well marinated.

Saus on the sweeter side, as most taiwanese food are.

Please also order the Shiny Rice, giving a awesome garlicky, lardy touch.

Another one of my favourite wanton mee.
Am not here for the char siew, too lean for my liking. Am not here for the wantons, too little filling.

The noodles tho! Fragrant, eggy, chewy! With the savoury sweet sauce that only they have! And also the nice flavourful chilli!

But sadly the price is insane.
