Does it live up to the hype? Yes. The truffle inside the fried pierogi dumplings is not too much and further highlights, totally not overpowers the dumpling fillings. It really goes well with the miso mushroom noodle - a rather basic, just nice flavored main that provides a solid base for the dumpling.
Tomyum with spiciness level 2 and sourness level 1. The ingredients is nice, they are generous with servings, soup is nice but I think I could have gone for level 3 spiciness. A new favorite Thai place around. It is best to visit during off-peak hours or arrive just before dinner time to avoid the crowd! The Thai green milk tea is also decent - not the gao type, which makes it drinkable and not too heavy especially to accompany food!

This bubbly cheerful auntie (seems like the owner or cook?) would come to you and recommend you mains and sides. She got us to try her lotus (direction of 3 o'clock) - it was crunchy! In frame is Kimchi Jeon with the side dishes (free I guess?) that auntie brought for us. Their meaty mains are the specialty. Most if not all food are portions for sharing.
Not the best tasting, but always coming back to eat to your heart's content.
