[Clarke Quay] Their Sweet French Toast ($16) featured thick and fluffy brioche which retained its slight crustiness under the heaps of sweet and tart berry compote, cut by the tangy finish of the creamy honey mascarpone, with added crunch from a pistachio crumble.

[Katong] The ice-cream here may not satisfy my sweet tooth, but the botanical flavours provide a more savoury alternative when you’re in the mood for something different.

Their Spiced Pear, Strawberry Basil and Lychee Raspberry were all decent, and are bound to give your tastebuds something to think about. ($4.70 a scoop) Oh and you should definitely have it in their delicious Thyme Cone. (+$1) @bopgelato

I particularly enjoyed the balanced sweetness and refreshing tartness of the Caramelised Strawberries; the distinct nutty and earthy flavour of Pistachio was rich, while a tinge of saltiness rounded out the creamy, milky sweetness of the Blue Milk beautifully.
