It’s Moooo Time!

We tried their classic beef burger double-up and it was 1 hearty burger with thick and juicy patties. The crispy chicken burger also came with a huge fried chicken between soft buttermilk buns. A real satisfaction if you like it big, crispy and juicy.
Not too sure about them using clear plastic bags (instead of paper bag) which looked cool but not the most green-friendly. But with the taste and size of its burgers, the prices were really competitive and some even lower than that of McD.
So if you’re around City Square or AMK Hub, this will be worth a try.

Since our first visit to @bedrocksg it has been our favourite place for years.
Awesome cut perfectly done medium-rare with a char finishing, good on its own you don’t really need any sauce but just a sprinkle of sea salt. With a glass of red wine, this was enough to complete the meal.
Here, other than their appetising flatbread with grilled garlic, their Mac & Cheese was definitely our top-ranked amongst many places.
So yes, 100% our recommended place for a good steak dinner this Christmas, or anytime of the year.

Even with a standard single patty burger, it was enough for a hearty meal for me. Imagine those who double, triple or decked the burger up to 4 patties! I topped up my burger with cheese and egg which I felt would be necessary to pump up the flavours.
Their “fat” meal came with choices of fries or sides and free-flow soft drinks. Now that’s how it should be right to enjoy a burger meal?
With competitive price, this was quite a good fast food kinda meal although I wouldn’t say the burger was mind-blowing. Convenient and tasty,

The Chef kindly accommodated to our request for extra char on the outside, and the result was a cut so awesomely delicious. The char outside was smokey and crispy, biting into unimaginable juiciness that had us grinning from cheek to cheek. Already, I was thinking of when to go back again for it soonest.

Their beef ribs Char Siew, which tasted really amazing, could only be found on their set menu and not the ala cartel menu. This had to be one of the most ingenious invention to use beef for Char Siew.
We also enjoyed their juicy Wagyu burger with Gouda cheese and delicious beef intercoastal skewer with chimmichurri. And the ultimate - the beautiful pink Wagyu Tri tip.
Just a splendid set to savour the goodness of different beef with different flavours.

The 3 savoury courses in our set dinner were thoughtfully planned and skilfully executed.
Salad was Duck fennel with mango balsamic reduction, a good balance of flavour and acidity. The Pearl barley risotto was a satisfying dish, offering nice taste and bite without the usual Carb. The truffled mushrooms were generous in serving and enhanced the risotto fabulously.
Our favourite course was the Wagyu Tri-tip, with a 9+ marble score, sous vide before charcoal grilled to showcase its delicious fattiness.
Residing together with @sugarhaus , our meal was also complemented with its ice cream and dessert that concluded the experience with smiles of satisfaction.

Enjoyed their combo mixes for chicken and some Surf & Turf as well. Their wide range of sides always appealed to us, especially those yummy Mac & Cheese.
Another plus point? Aston can be found at so many parts of SG.

Absolutely delicious beef patty, juicy with a good grilled crust and smokey taste. And it was only $10 on their Cheesy Tuesdays.
These guys really did their grills real good. We loved the Burnt End Pastrami too, beautifully grilled to that amazing char finishing. Gave it all our thumbs up.
So yes we would return soon, for more of their yummy grills.

With tasty toppings such as grilled bacon, egg and mushrooms, their basic burger was already quite good. Their salad simply stacked it up with more flavours. We liked that they had beetroot, spinach and salsa; other than the usual onion pickle variety. Finished with own choice of mustard, BBQ or chilli sauce, the end product was a big, fresh and juicy burger we enjoyed.

The stall could sit only 10 pax around its counter. On closer look, there were many Koreans amongst its customers, here for some quality beef Yakiniku. After leaving our name on the waiting list, our turn came about an hour later.
On their menu had good selection of Wagyu beef, ranging from A5 to special Sirloin and Roast ribs, all really beautifully marbled. Price wasn’t cheap but it was all worthwhile with every slice of juicy fat beef in the mouth (Caution: the video contained visuals and sound that could cause unnecessary disturbance to the tummy). No extra seasoning required, except a little salt for the beef. A mug of ice cold beer would be the best way to complete the meal. Absolute satisfaction guaranteed.

Also ordered via vending machine, these beef Dons were simple and satisfying. But do do during off-peak hours to avoid the queue.
