Veggie Delights

I lived in Houston Texas when I was a kid and used to absolutely love buffalo hot wings. I never really had them much since leaving the US and since going veggie two years ago I haven’t even had the option. Getting to have a veggie option today was a huge nostalgia trip for me as they really tasted like Texas and reminded me of my upbringing 🇺🇸 I have also never really been a big fan of Hard Rock Cafes, but I was super impressed at their inclusive veggie and vegan options now available! These hot wings were INCREDIBLE, even huzbo agreed to try some and said they tasted the same as chicken. Really amazing, I will haaaave to go back for more 😋😋😋

I was sceptical as most of the time, meat substitutes are subpar and taste nothing like the real thing. Unless you are at a vegetarian restaurant, most meatless menu options seem like an afterthought — something to appease the picky. This quinoa burger however actually tasted like a real beef 🍔!! The quinoa is combined with Portobello mushrooms, pecans, red onion, eggs, cheddar, barley, soy sauce and breadcrumbs, making it both texturally appealing and tasty. Along with their veggie buffalo wings I couldn’t have been more impressed with their veggie offerings!
