Most Kway Chap I’ve tasted tend to swing either too savory or too herbal for more liking. Fortunately the pork, intestine, toufu (main dishes) was well balanced in its own right, and that made it extremely satisfying to the palate.
However the “Kway” soup is a tad too salty and needs to be toned down a notch. Overall a good addition to the already bustling Brunners Coffeeshop 😊
