This dish is another classic example of food that looks better than it taste. I felt that there was any sauce to begin with as the pasta was just so dry that I had to drink water multiple times in between bites. The crayfish given was generous and I thought it was well cooked. At 19.90++, the price was alright but I would have liked it more if the pasta wasn't as dry.

Looks can be receiving sometimes and I know this does not look as appetising. But trust me, it is one of the best pan fried fish I had in a long while. It's soft and tender yet crispy on the surface. There are 4 sides that you could choose from( I chose the pasta and garden salad, the other options include mashed potato and fries). It also includes a very generous bowl of tom yum sauce which has mussel and prawns. The Tom Yum sauce exceeded my expectations as it was creamy and sour and spicy; the original tom yum taste did not get diluted in cream. Got this for 16.90 but there is an additional 15% if you have selected POSB/DBS credit cards

I was literally praying that this would be good and be different from the dried crispy chicken I had in the salted egg pasta. However, looks are deceiving and this too turned out to be the same dried and hard piece of chicken that I gave up even trying to eat. And it wasnt affordable given how it's priced at $14 ++. So honestly, if you are thinking of going to coffee academics you might want to reconsider ordering the hot mains there. Stick to the coffee!

I went for the all day 20 ++ set since it was their new item but was really disappointed when I had the first mouth. Firstly, there wasn't a single tint of salted egg as the pasta sauce felt more like a watered down version of white cream sauce. The fried chicken pieces too was my worst nightmare as the batter was so thick that I had trouble just chewing it and the chicken was way too hard and over cooked. I suppose this will be my last time dining at coffee academics.

I heard many stories of how latteria makes the best and most authentic pasta and I just had to try for myself. The portion for this one is really huge and I would recommend sharing it if you aren't that hungry. While it does cost $35 ++, the amount of seafood( prawn, giant prawn, squid, clams) does the price justice. The pasta was very nicely done, not too soft or hard. But the highlight for me was finding small crab bits in the spicy tomato sauce and how it blended with the tomato bits in it. I enjoyed every month of this dish and I look forward to coming back to try all the other pastas!!

At first glance, the price did deter me from giving this gem of a dish a try given its hefty 33 price tag. Then again, I caved in due to my love for Burrata. When the dish was presented, I thought it was the best decision I made for the night. The burrata was enormous and well prepared. What even surprised me more was the synergy that it had with the green peppers which were sour and sweet. Each bite was literally like heaven; creamy and crunchy and I am not even exaggerating here. Please please do order this if you visit this restaurant. And the staff there are super friendly and helpful too.

I really like this one and it's very value for money at 16 dollars. The scrambled eggs went very well with the chorizo and the avocado. Excellent pairing of various ingredients. I wished they had more items on their menu.

Extremely novel wat of cooking eggs by mixing it with miso sauce as well as cheese.

This is completely a case of expectation vs reality as I was rather disappointed by the Fujiyama burger as it was simply beef with a hard boiled egg

The salmon was done well but I felt that the puree was a little of a mismatch.

I really loved this one as the chicken was tender and went well with the seasoning and mushrooms. The dinner dishes are meant for sharing and you might want to consider ordering more as the portions are pretty small.

I thought this was really expensive at 13.90( if I remember correctly). However, that thought of mine was casted out when I first drank it. You could feel the mushroom bits in it as well as sense the truffle oil that was used for this dish.
