Got the White King for a traditional tonkotsu ramen that was packed with flavour. Delicious broth.
Green King was a fusion dish infused with basil and olive oil, making the soup thicker than normal. Might be ‘gelat’ for those who prefer lighter flavours but an interesting and delicious combination still.
Will be back for more when craving a good bowl of tonkotsu ramen
