Overall, an incredibly delicious and intricate dessert! The combination of flavours and textures, from the coconut rice pudding to the mango mint compote and crunchy sesame almond thin create an amazing culinary experience for me. It's like a tropical paradise in a bowl.

I had high hopes for this but the coffee flavour was very mild and the only saving grace was that it's topped full of chocolates

Overall, it offers a nice pandan flavours
which was complemented by the cheesy goodness, and then concludes with the nutty & sweetness of the red beans
The top layer consists of sea salt butterfly pea mousse and butterfly pea whipped ganache while the bottom layer consist of lightly-flavoured earl grey cheesecake, with an earl grey shortbread cookie base
