New (good) gelato shop, yay!
Hazelnut comes with prominent hazelnut taste which makes it very good. idk if it was intentonal but, when it melts, it turned into some fudgy nutella-tasting fudge instead of a typical melted gelato which was still (uniquely) good, but just a lil surprising haha. If the sweetness was toned down just a little more, it would be perfect but actually it’s already very good.
Burnt White Chocolate was pretty impressive. Turned out to be not as sweet as I thought which was an excellent start, and there were these mini crunches that added very nice textures. Tasted like white chocolate with subtle caramel hints.
The cone was very nice! Crispy, idk lah just soo yum. Not very ‘spiced’ although some hints were there, but I think it’s a perfect cone to go along with gelatos.

not big fan of liquid calorie but surprised myself that I LOVED this bottled drink.
Strawberry Smoothie wasn’t very sweet and notably tangy, and the Panna Cotta was luscious, silky, milky and totally a great companion to the smoothie.
At SGD 8.5, honestly not sure if i dare to ‘recommend’ it especially to regular bbt/drink drinkers, but I treated it as a dessert and it was worth my calories and price wise I felt like it’s okay to have it once in a while.

Ok maybe a lil expensive but they were yummy!
Salty peanut chocolate had really nice chocolate taste that was pretty intense for a ‘chocolate’, noting that it wasn’t ‘dark chocolate’. The salty peanut def added nice dimensions of crunch and saltiness to the chocolate gelato
Amao strawberry (premium) tasted really refreshing. Not creamy and more like a sorbet but carries that bold tangy strawberry flavor and actually quite impressive. A bit too refreshing for me on its own but when eaten alternatively with the heavier chocolate gelato, it was real nice!
The cup of gelato was topped with a pretty and lovely sweet potato piece!
Two scoops come at S$7.5 but gotta add S$3 for that strawberry since it’s a premium flavor.

All their ice creams are unique and all were very good!
I love the candied pecans that go along well with the pistachio and add VERY satisfying crunches.
There are still corn kernels which made the ice cream more interesting.

This was nice!
The bread and butter pudding itself was impressive, fluffy and perfectly soak-y, with some parts remaining crispy
The eggnog custard wasn’t sweet, very nice with some bitter alcohol hints.
Pistachio ice cream was very creamy but the pistachio was prominent too.
Overall a very well executed dessert, really approve as a bread lover!

The best basque cheesecake? Probably!

The matcha was good too, impressed by how both cheese and matcha flavor stands out without diminishing one another but compared to the original, I’ll definitely take the original one.
The original one really had the perfect flavors of cheese and sweetness, and of course some bitterness from the burnt part. My favorite part is the ‘melted’ part towards the center. Heavenly. The burnt part was denser and more bitter but also ok especially when eaten alternately with the melted part
Overal I REALLY RECOMMEND the original one. SO GOOD!

After a major souffle let-down I still tried one of their cakes that I heard was great
This one is definitely much worth it than the souffle!
The sweetness is just right, the chocolate intensity is great, the pralines, fugde, and all other elements were nicely textured, had nice flavor, and each also had a nice amount so the overall texture balance of the cake was great.

Had high expectations on this bc heard they have good souffles but maybe my expectations were too high. The souffle wasn’t as fluffy as expected, furthermore, the yuzu was too intense that its acidity will dehydrate your mouth even more, resulting in a very dry souffle
Not very recommended, unless you love super sour stuffs.
Manuka honey sorbet that came with it, although it had nice manuka honey notes, was also too sour in my opinion as to assist the souffle.
Would probably be better if I’ve opted for their cacao souffle!

Apiary has AMAZING gelatos! All of them had perfect sweetness and creaminess, totally of good quality!
Apiary: Honey and cacao nibs. This one is mindblowing good. It was creamy yet light and refreshing.
Pistachio: always one of the best gelato flavors, but somehow Apiary’s is even better! Somehow better than your usual pistachio gelato, the nuttiness are somehow more enhanced, so GOOD!
Matcha: VERY NICE! It had strong matcha which was so into my liking b
Can only sample maximum of 3 and I sampled Blue Milk, Apiary, and “Despicable” (banana brownie walnut), ALL of them are amazing! The blue milk isn’t just any ordinary milk, a perfect amount of saltiness was added making it 👌🏻.
VERY RECOMMENDED TO VISIT FOR GELATO LOVERS/SEEKERS!

To be honest, this is one of the nicest pastries I have encountered in a while!
I’m a big pastry fan but this time, this one by Nesuto is exceptional and I’ll say it’s a must try from their pastry case!
I’ve been told by the staff that Ispahan is the sweetest amongst their other flavors but I think the sweetness is just perfect, it’s a dessert after all so I believe it needs to be just perfectly sweet, and this one is indeed PERFECTLY sweet.
The components of this pastry all played a part in creating a beautiful overall taste and texture. Starting from the very nicely fragrant rose bavaroise mousse, tangy raspberry gelee, sweeter lychee gelee, vanilla chiffon, and finally their Brown sugar sable which I think is one of the BEST tart bases I’ve tried. If you try it, you’ll notice how the base is NICE, sort of stands out too!
Okay again, this is RECOMMENDED!

The pudding was served warm and amazingly moist, loved the flavor of it too as it wasn’t over sweet, with large date pieces that still remain which had more sweetness without being too sugary.
Toffee sauce was generous but it’s too bitter for my liking. When paired with the sweet vanilla ice cream it was still okay overall, still VERY enjoyable
Recommended if you like sticky date puddings! The pudding damn nice!

This was quite good! As a banana-chocolate flavor lover I was also looking forward to try this out. Consists of nice fudgy chocolate that wasn’t too sweet which I rlly liked, topped of with a layer of banana element that I think needs more thickness to give more banana flavors.
Liked how the chocolate flavor is ‘premium’. The tart base was also nice
Overall enjoyable!
