Pancakes & Waffles ✨

These pancakes were so delightfully light and fluffy. Tastes like the healthy, Japanese kind, not the buttery or eggy type of pancakes. Paired with the maple syrup at the side is 👍🏻 I also liked the cream given which is milky and not too sweet. Disappointing thing was there was barely any matcha taste in this, but perhaps it was because i had the middle piece which wasn't covered in as much matcha powder as the other 2, as my friend said she could actually taste the matcha quite distinctly.

Be prepared to wait around 30mins for these though. If there's orders in front of you it will be a longer wait too but i think they are worth a try 😊

Even if you don't manage to queue for @gram_pancakes_singapore 's Premium Pancakes, you should still give their other offerings a shot! Been quite awhile since I first queued for their Premium Pancakes when they first opened and I wonder if the queue's still going strong for their Premium Pancakes , which are available at only 3 timeslots per day and in batches of 30 servings each time🤔😹 Dense with a slightly sticky/mochi-like texture. If you love your pancakes light and fluffy, these aren't for you 😹
Generous dusting of cocoa powder lent a much needed bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the cream, which was surprisingly not too heavy on its own- good because the pancakes themselves were quite dense, making this a rather filling dessert to have after a meal so you would want to grab a few friends to share this with!

Getting these $8.50 waffles (cheapest on menu) as our second item while getting another $15 waffles probably isn't the wisest thing to do,but i absolutely cannot help but have to order these whenever i'm at twenty grammes. One of their best items, seriously.

Smooth and creamy softserve thats packed with robust notes of roasted tea atop soft and fluffy waffles topped with little cubes of brownies which are seriously one of the best i've ever had! The brownies are also another reason why i always order this whenever i visit twenty grammes haha. So dense, rich and fudgey. So sinful but so good

1-for-1 with burpplebeyond makes every dessert treat so much sweeter

Tastewise, they were light with a rather melt-in-your mouth consistency. However, they were a little too moist and mushy, and lacking the buttery, eggy fragrance that I always seek in my pancakes. Definitely can't be compared to certain more expensive ones I've had, but they suffice to curb cravings especially when on a budget.

Do expect some waiting time, especially during lunch hours because the stall is run by only 1 person who takes and prepares all orders. The owner was super nice though; Was sitting around waiting for my pancakes which were taking longer than stated and she came over with a free scoop of ice cream to apologise for the long wait😊

Was definitely happy with the thick, fluffy stack of pancakes. While I wouldn't describe them as completely melt-in-your-mouth type which I think is near impossible with the thickness of these, they did shrink in my mouth from maybe their 4cm height to like 1cm I guess😹 .

Loved the slight eggy fragrance the pancakes carried. Good to consume on their own, but heed my advice and slather them with Gram's special homemade whipped cream which had an addictive milky fragrance, yet managing to stay light and non-jelat. The combination of warm pancakes with chilled cream brings the enjoyment of the dish up another level. Also, I felt that the pancakes could have been a little more moist on their own, so pairing them with the available condiments definitely helped. A pat of butter will also come with each order, but I found it rather redundant. .

Served warm, the waffles was sweet with a crusty exterior and was chewy without being too dense on the inside. Comes with matcha drizzle which helps to alleviate the sweetness of the dessert😋 .
