Ordered the ice chocolate - Subpar drink, tasted like syrup water, way too overpriced.

Service was horrible, was approached by staff who demanded to see my receipt, explained that my friend had left with my receipt and asked why but she didn’t answer and demanded to know the time I bought my coffee. Subsequently told me I would have to buy another coffee after 3 hours (I had been there for 4 hours) or I should leave.

Very rude tone, and obnoxious as well as if I did something hugely wrong, and note that the store had 7 EMPTY tables, only 3 occupied. Ridiculous service and so rude about it, what a way to turn customers off. Saw other reviews that mentioned similar problems with management explaining that this is to prevent free-sitting and cause the company to go bankrupt. This very attitude will cause the company to bankrupt. Will never come back again.
