All About Sushi

($17.70) it's a long time never eat maki san since I have custom diy sushi last 1 year ago lol on wrong sauce previously. So this round of time, I ordered with my sister that we have choose Japanese White Rice, Traditional Nori Seaweed, Grilled Chicken Strips, Shredded Cucumber, Shredded Carrot, Edamame Beans, Tamagoyaki (Japanese Omelette), Bonito Fish Flakes, Tangy Yuzu Sesame (sauce), smoked salmon. I felt that it was much better than previously that I have order at there. tangy yuzu sesame was quite not that strong or light and just nice level.

($49.90) consisted a variety of sushi for platter. crab stick, cucumber, egg, salmon, tuna mayo in maki. fried salmon roll (mainly for those people don't like raw salmon but still love full cooked salmon), vegetable roll (oh wait but I didn't see this vegan sushi b4 as it's quite unique n got a lot of different vegatable tbh and not for those people don't like vegatable), salmon avocado roll (this one I did saw it before at restaurant), unagi mayo roll (it's fav tbh and only have three :O), lobster salad roll (just missed it out that day), spicy tuna roll (just missed it out that day), mini california roll (I always saw this most of time on restaurant), tori (chicken) maki (i didn't see this at menu b4?), chicken floss roll (kinda jelak as they put too much floss on the top of sushi :")), fried smelt fish roll(i didn't see this at menu b4?), fried dory fish roll (oh yea but they put too much mayo on the top of sushi :").

($10.90) My friend just felt too much for herto eat finish one roll for kimbap. Good for sharing people with ordering different ingredients. They added some burdock and yellow radish inside kimbap to avoid jelak feeling.

MS Mega San Sushi Combo A $16.40
I choose Japanese White Rice, Traditional Nori Seaweed, Grilled Chicken Strips, Edamame Beans, Roasted Shimeji Mushrooms, Pickled Cucumber & Wakame, Sweet Corn, Okaka Furikake, Truffle Mayo & Teriyaki Chicken. I choose Tempura Kani Stick w Smoky Cheddar Cheese & H&E Jasmine Green Tea. I got sick when I eat this sushi as truffle mayo was really too strong for my liking with Pickled Cucumber & Wakame also. I almost didn't eat finish for lunch as I feel that it's quite full for me that time. I really like Tempura Kani Stick but it contained a lot of batter and overused oil aftertaste.

Sushi Little San ($8.40)

I decided to choose kimchi, cucumber, chicken with smoky cheddar cheese sauce to pair it well :) taste like savoury and spicy aftertaste.

Salmon & Cheese Roll ($6.90)

I felt that it's quite creamy, cheese covered up salmon and remind me smoked cheese top on the salmon sushi.

Crispy Chicken Roll ($6.90) (add on - kimchi = $3)

oh it's so good with spicy kimchi ($3) matched with chicken cutlet and lettuce according to my mum and sister.

Homemade Pork Cutlet Roll ($6.90)

contained a lot of vegtable such as carrot, cucumber and yellow radish with egg and pork cutlet.

Vegtable Roll ($6.90)

contained a lot of vegtable such as carrot, cucumber and yellow radish and more for non-meat lovers.

Tuna Roll ($6.90) [Pic 3]

I found that it's kinda normal tbh similar to japan sushi also. Tuna was really dried and being squeezed without water.

Tofunagi Maki ($12) I found that its quite ex and its still a bit hot after I gojek back to home (got free rides for vaccine) . I tried it once I return back to home. They even drizzle unagi and mayo sauce and a bit strong taste for sauce when in hot. But once maki turned cold, I felt that they got strong fried tofu taste. (3/5)
