Coffee, food, everything fancy mostly for the gram.

Came here for the coffee and as always, coffee is remarkable. Yellow Leopard Coffee. A speciality morning coffee composed of African and South American beans that yields notes of honey, brown sugar and dark chocolate, with a full body and delicate acidity.
The fruit cake was a disappointment as it was way too sweet lacking in butter and the fruit cake taste.

One of the better rosti around Singapore, crispy and not too oily.

Grilled filet of fresh salmon, green asparagus spears, crisp potato rosti, topped with hollandaise sauce.
What surprised me was not the salmon but rosti. It was extremely crispy even after letting it sit there for quite a bit. Salmon was fresh but definitely over cooked though I asked for medium as it was too dry.
For the price, I would say it’s a bit steep for this.

Mixture of bite sized sweet potatoes and potatoes. Nothing fanciful as it’s just potatoes and it does get a bit oily after a while.

Caramelised bananas, fresh strawberries, roasted pecans, served with warm maple butter.

Platter of soft scrambled eggs, farmhouse cheddar, house rosemary pork patties, herb-roasted tomatoes, served with sourdough toast.

You can choose if you’d like to have the pancakes with either blueberries, banana walnut, or chocolate chunks.
The pancakes were fluffy and buttery. Personally thought it went really well with the blueberry sauce and the caramel sauce wasn’t really needed as it was sweet enough.
As much as it’s good to try, I think $20 is a tad pricey for pancakes.

Lamb kofta, harissa feta, arugula, mint gremolata, parmesan aioli in between choco chip bagel.
The lamb kofta was done right as it was neither gamey nor too tough and dry. Everything within the bagel complimented well with each other.

Tonkatsu pork, mustard, cabbage, tonkatsu sauce in between a garlic bagel. It was good and pork was crispy yet tender and not too dry. The garlic bagel was garlicky and went well with the savoury tonkatsu pork.

Straight-cut jewel sweet potato fries sprinkled with Japanese nori, served with homemade Umami chutney.
Sweet potatoes were really sweet and even though it was via delivery and not that crispy, it was still good as the sweet potatoes tasted really good.

Scrambled egg white, smashed avocado, turkey sausage, tomato relish, lemongrette in between choco chip bagel.
The scrambled egg white was warm and done right. It was slightly runny. Everything went really well together. The turkey sausage was excellent as you could taste chunks of meat in there.
