i didn’t like the chicken burger because i found it dry, so i thought the Chick n’ Bites ($6.40/6pc) would be dry too but they were very juicy & flavourful. but portion is small as compared to regular nuggets so I would recommend getting 10pc if you are eating this as a main instead!

chicken was drier than it used to be :( but the mushroom cream is still good!!

omg the chicken is huge, tender & super crunchy!! and their spicy flavour actually has some kick unlike the more popular fried chicken joints.

I also love the large variety of sides to choose from. After trying a few, my fav is the crispy sweet potato fries!

Juicy, crunchy & huge in size, this 𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐑 𝐊𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐍 ($𝟏𝟗.𝟗𝟎) would have been perfect if not for the cloying sauce.

wasn’t that hungry so i decided to get a side dish instead of a main and OMG, crispy outside, juicy inside, full of flavour!

believe me when i say i’ve tried almost all their mains. i’d get this side over any main anyday😋

Marinated well and so. damn. juicy🤤🤤 It’s almost a crime not to order a second serving!

Wings ($15)
Tried 2 flavours: Korean BBQ & Carolina BBQ

Most of Fangko+’s Indonesian dishes are spicy, but if you’d like something that’s not, the REX CHIMKEN ($8) is a great non-spicy option! Think tender BBQ grilled chicken coated in smoky sweet sauce 🤤

Even if you don’t have a sweet tooth, the honey sauce is sure to leave you mopping it all up🍯! Shoutout to the crunchy coleslaw (coming from a coleslaw h8ter mind u) & crispy thick-cut fries: pick them for your sides 🍟

CHIC & WAFFLES ($9.50)
Found the waffles too doughy for my liking so drenching them in maple syrup is a good (but sinful) idea.

Crunchy batter but too much starch involved 😕

There are some salted egg sauces that taste know, “cheap”?💀 Having a concentrated salted egg flavour profile, IKEA’s wasn’t having any of that nonsense. I only wished it was spicier since that copious amount of curry leaves literally did nothing🤷🏻‍♀️.

Drenched in the sinful sauce, the cutlet was surprisingly🙏🏼 not soggy & maintained it’s crisp batter.

An elevated version of their normal chicken wings! On some occassions, IKEA’s wings can be dry so the sauce does help provide some moisture. Personally felt that the wings’ seasoning went well with the sauce! 😋
