Fantastic! Taste and texture hits the right spot. From the sugary sweetness infused with butteriness, the crunchy crusty outer layer to the chewy inner; this braided bread make time stood still as you enjoy every bite of it.

Baked boluo with grainy yet milky custard filling. The inner was quite hollow and spacious yet brightly lighted, the outer top had a crumbly flaky texture and full of buttery taste. So good.

A rather normal silky jelly-like custard encased in sturdy buttery tart. Tart crust taste good tho.

The only additional thing here is the brown sugar mochi hidden within the custard. Mochi isn't super sweet so don't be scare to try.

Lover of spring onion will love this soft, chewy and savoury bun topped with loads of spring onion and a hint of shallot oil. It was a tad oily for me and definitely loving the smell of spring. Only wish they could spam the spring onion more like their life depends on it.🤣

Different different but same? Telling my friend that the bread we had are different but she kept telling me they are the same. Different in taste, same from custard family.🤣

Also tasted a pinch of their Signature Lychee Rose Royale and Red Wine Longan bread.
Definitely loving the Lychee Rose Royale, just a small bite and you are able to enjoy its natural fruity and floral flavour dancing on your tongue.
As for Red Wine Longan, the wine taste was strong and tasted acquired to me.

Fun Fact: Did you know the mini size Lychee Rose Royale and Red Wine Longan bread fits exactly the same as their paper bag picture on it.🤯 Y'all should try, we been blown by it.🤣

Finally, realising my elegant dream of becoming a "Tai Tai" having high tea at some fancy hotel.🤭
Here with my friends enjoying the Sakura theme high tea from @conradsingapore which is available till 2nd May 2022.🥂
It was a beautiful experience with their great prompt service. Cheerful and friendly staff. Explains the high tea menu clearly. As for the food, hmm... it varies throughout the yumminess spectrum.🤔
We were greeted off with a sweet complimentary refeshing Sakura Blossom welcome drink. This drink is awesome, but too bad only served once.🥺
Next, came the cherry blossom afternoon tea snack rack plated with 4 Sweet items, 4 Savoury items and Homemade Scones.

1. Sakura Cheesecake
2. Sakura Tart with Wild Strawberry Compote
3. Red Velvet Sakura Mousse with Raspberry Jam
4. Sakura Puff with Cherry Blossom Jelly

Not too sweet to the tastebud and quite pleasant. Nothing amazing and pretty standard in taste. Can't remember which is the tart, but wanna highlight that the tart base taste great and had a sturdy body.

1. Sakura Brioche Skagen(Classic Shrimp Toast with Tobiko)
2. Egg Sandwiches and Rose Buttermilk with Ikura and Dill - The best item from this high tea set. The savoury note hits hard and delicate to the mouth.
3. Sakura Cream Cheese with Smashed Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon and Sundried Tomatoes - Nothing can go wrong with this.
4. Sakura Chicken on Tomato Bread(Boursin and Sakura Infused Chutney)

Classic scone might break your teeth when biting and lacks buttery fragrance. Texture and taste is a great no-no. At least, their raisin scone had a softer texture. Don't waste time trying to cut the scone for table manner because it simply can't be cut.🤣 Just dip it into the cream and jam to enhance the taste and enjoy.

Either have a choice of free flow Brazilian coffee or a pot of Ronnefeldt tea. We choose the latter as there is a wide selection of tea for us to taste from. Some were really nice and some were okay to some have acquired taste.

Just look at these sugary bom-babe🤩🤩 oozing with either Nutella or Biscoff that was being filled to the brim, is enough to get you to explode in happiness.😊
With each piece of bombolonis only costing $2,✨ you get to enjoy a soft, airy and fluffy doughnut coated with a great amount of sugar and various filling in it. They are baked fresh to order to ensure quality and can stored up to 7 days in fridge but require re-heating if one were to eat.
If you love extra oozing and fudginess filling and a crispier outer texture, you can heat it up in an oven. 😍
The crowd favourite is definitely the creamy chocolatey Nutella but personally, I preferred the Biscoff as it had the sandy crunchy effect and felt that it paired better.😋

Was contemplating between Earl Grey or Ispahan for the mix as both seriously looks so beautiful. In the end, I chose Ispahan cause I have a sweet-tooth plus it look like a cherry blossom on a tart.🌸🤭

Hojicha Sea Salt Caramel, a exquisite unique taste. Only using the finest ingredients to create such masterpiece. The roasted tea taste coupled well with the sea salt caramel. First, a natural smokey tea taste then followed by the sweet-salty note when eaten upon.

As for their Pandan Coconut Gula Melaka, it resemble the looks of traditional ondeh-ondeh but now in the body of tarts. These creamylicious rich pandan-ly sweet with a bottom layer of gula melaka certainly give us a delightful moment.
